D rings are the best when securing heavy items like this mirror which weighs 95lbs to the wall. Additional materials needed to hang the mirror not included with the purchase; two 100 pound picture hangers and nails. Even when leaning the mirror you should always secure the mirror to the wall using picture hangers and the D rings to prevent tipping or falling over. When choosing to hang the mirror please make sure the picture hangers are anchored into a wall stud as drywall will not support the weight of the mirror.
