First the we remove the outer bark leaving the inner, cambium layer intact for texture and contrast. The finish is completed in an eight step, professional spraying process that applies stain and lacquer for a beautiful and long lasting finish. This futon frame will not only please but will be sure to become a conversation starter extraordinaire! The mortise and tenon joinery system ensures a stable, strong platform for years of trouble free use. The included full-sized mattress measures 54" x 75" x 8" thick. The exterior mattress shell is non-removable. Mattress colors may vary. Steel hinges and steel futon frame provide years of trouble free use. To best protect your investment, we recommend the purchase of an accessory cover. Some assembly required. 20-year limited warranty included at no additional charge.
